Pro-choice Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
"I am pro- choice for life. Abortion is the wrong choice except in cases of incest, rape, and to save the life of the mother. I believe the Bible's creation thesis, wherein the body is created and "then" God breathes the breath of life,or spirit, into the body to make a living soul. Two factors in that equasion: God's will for the spirit to recieve a body; And, The mothers' willingness to give birth. Farming a women out insults protection for her freedom, accusing one falsely of murder is not righteous,God being overruled for the spirit of "life" seems grandiose.

Why shouldn't we be able to use our natural resources to pay down our national debt? America?s natural resources of gas, coal, and oil may be the only thing we have left to assure our future generations that politicians haven?t sold them into slavery. Promote Innovation In Medicaid. Give states flexibility to spend their Medicaid dollars in whatever way they find most efficient and effective. Bring Health Care Into The 21st Century. Improve quality and enhance transparency by introducing the same competitive forces that drive innovation in other sectors of the economy. We can care for our elderly properly.
Build And Repair Transportation Infrastructure. Invest in infrastructure projects critical to the national economy and its flow of goods and people, instead of funding home-district pork, or, authenticate areas of basic structure needs- congress- people could choose to work on for their state. Road,Bridge,Water, Electricy, Economic Disaster Support
Spur The American Economy Lower Taxes For All. Lower income tax rates across the board to reward productivity and leave more money in the economy for consumption and investment. Zero Rate On Middle Class Savings. Eliminate all taxes on interest, dividends, and capital gains for anyone with Adjusted Gross Income under $200,000 easier for middle class to save. Extend the progrowth tax cuts on income, capital gains, and dividends. Eliminate The Death Tax Once. Allow families to pass savings, and assets from businesses to farms to homes, from one generation to the next without the federal government taking a cut.
No Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled on 2 decisions, Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission and Speechnow.org v. FEC, that opened up the Super Pac in 2010. From these decisions control was lost, but I think some can be regained by increasing individual contribution maximums. Raised significantly, it would make it easier to see whose contributing rather then forcing the issue underground as it is now with Super Packs.
Yes Do you support capital punishment for certain crimes?
No Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support providing tax incentives to businesses for the purpose of job creation?
Yes Do you support spending on infrastructure projects for the purpose of job creation?
No Do you support the 2010 temporary extension of unemployment benefits?
Yes Do you support the 2010 temporary extension of tax relief?
Incentives for creating businesses are curtailed with unemployment benefit extensions not to mention hurting the businesses that pay into unemployment.
No Do you support requiring states to implement education reforms in order to be eligible for competitive federal grants?
No Do you believe that human activity is contributing to climate change?
No Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
Yes Do you support reducing restrictions on offshore energy production?
No Do you support United States' combat operations in Afghanistan?
No Do you support a timetable for withdrawal from Afghanistan?
Yes Do you support targeting suspected terrorists outside of official theaters of conflict?
No Do you support restrictions on the purchase and possession of guns?
No Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act?
No Should individuals be required to purchase health insurance, as mandated in the 2010 Affordable Care Act?
I believe the ACA can, and should be used as a "employment" operation for the collective much as 'public works projects' were used and that minus the mandate, people who come in for care then should be signed up to receive it. If you want care you sign up, if you don't there is no penalty. Governments will invest in public works because of the overall benefit to society when there is a lack of private sector benefit (a project that will not generate revenue) or the risk is too great for a private company to accept on its own.
Yes Do you support requiring illegal immigrants to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
No Do you support allowing illegal immigrants, who were brought to the United States as minors, to pursue citizenship without returning to their country of origin?
Yes Do you support the enforcement of federal immigration law by state and local police?
No Do you support same-sex marriage?
I don't think the Government should be involved in the 'marriage business'. I think Churches should be the main source for marriages and the Government should offer a "Partnership Union" to all equally.
Yes Do you support allowing individuals to divert a portion of their Social Security taxes into personal retirement accounts?
1- America?s Strong Defense Initiative-A war duty tax of natural and mineral resources and the facilities in which they are produced or refined upon foreign soils is fair to the defense used to liberate foreign peoples up to a 35% gratuity until war debt is paid starting with Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya 2-America?s Natural Resource Excavation Initiative-America?s natural resources of gas, coal, and oil may be the only thing we have left to assure our future generations that politicians haven?t sold them into slavery. 3- America?s Enforced Borders Initiative-A nation without borders is no nation at all.
